Reporting a data error

Corrections are the most valuable mail we get. To help us fix things in one pass, include:

• the page URL,
• the field you believe is wrong, and
• a link to the authoritative source — the manufacturer's spec sheet or the EPA certification record.

What we can't help with

We can't give advice on your specific electrical installation — panel capacity, wire runs, and permits are questions for a licensed electrician in your area. We also don't provide support for any charger brand; warranty and firmware issues go to the manufacturer.
